All of us struggle with difficulties at times and talking it over with someone outside of the situation can often help. In a counselling session, you will be offered the time and space to talk through whatever is on your mind and to explore how counselling might be of help to you.
I trained in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy in Dublin where I maintained a private practice. Subsequently, I moved to the U.K. where I worked in the National Health Service as a psychotherapist for a number of years. I moved to Limerick in 2005 where I now live and work.
In my practice, I work with people who have experienced, for example, depression, anxiety, stress, bereavement, sexual abuse, self-harm and suicidal thoughts, workplace bullying and harassment and racial discrimination.
My accreditation is with the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP).
